Groovin’ Groceries Sticker Reward Calendar - Teaching kids about healthy choices related to nutrition and exercise is a great start! Now help kids apply what they have learned by tracking their choices day-by-day for a week with this hands-on Sticker Reward Calendar! Kids receive a sticker each time they eat something from a nutritious food group and can count how many servings they have each day. They can also track their daily exercise and how much junk food they have eaten and become more aware of their overall choices. Use the “Portion Recommendation Chart” on the Sticker Reward Calendar tab for specific quantities by age.
